MATRIC BUILD Wall Tile Adhesive is a multi-utility premix thin-bed self-curing solution that can be used for fixing and jointing tiles, marbles, stones and other materials. The material composition results in high strength and durability, giving desired adhesive which also prevents shrinkage cracks and slippage of material. We following the S S Code IS-15477 ensuring consistency and better performance.

A cement-based tile adhesive suitable for application on concrete/cement-plastered or tile (for tile-on-tile) substrates on interior and exterior wall surfaces for fixing vitrified tiles, marble, granite and mosaic of up to large profile.

• Availability: MATRIC BUILD Tile Adhesive is available round the year, making it easier for the material planning team and facilitating on time completion of work at site.
• Time Saving: The concept of premix cuts out the tedious and inaccurate process of material mixing and preparation, which only leaves water mixing and application as a process to be done at site. This reduces the time required to perform at site and also the labour requirement.
• Easy Application: The product is a premix packed solution containing cement, sand and special additives which only require the addition of water before use, making the application process simpler and easier.
• Low Shrinkage / Cracks: Technical properties and the design mix enhance the product performance leading to low shrinkage with cracks free solving a major problem in comparison to the conventional method.
• Excellent Adhesion: Due to the special additives and sand gradation, the product texture and quality ensures excellent adhesion and makes it slip resistant, giving it an upper edge.

Preparation & Application:

• Floor Base Preparation: Before plastering, all concrete and block joints must be covered with a chicken wire mesh
• Wall Base Preparation: Wall Surface should be of concrete base, properly cured, levelled and cracks Dirt, Grease & Oil free.
• Clean Surface: Clean surface by wire brush and ensure contamination-free area.
• Mixing Tile Adhesive: Pour water in MATRIC BUILD Tile Adhesive 18 – 20 % by weight.
• Mixing: Mix the paste using hand mixer for 5 minutes.
• Hold: Keep at rest for 5-10 min and remix again for 2-3 min.
• Floor Wetting: Wet the Floor surface and Tile before applying MATRIC BUILD Floor Tile Adhesive.
• Wall Wetting: Wet the Wall surface and Tile before applying MATRIC BUILD Wall Tile Adhesive
• Apply: Apply the MATRIC BUILD Tile Adhesive on the Wall/Floor using trowel at a thickness of 3-6 mm and comb with notch trowel. Do not spread more than 1 sq. m of area at a time.
• Fix Tiles: Fix tiles firmly into position with a sliding motion and hammer with soft mallet to ensure a better bond.
• Cleaning Adhesive: Clean off excessive adhesive between the joints and on tiles with a damp cloth.
• Leave To Dry: Do not disturb the tiling for minimum 24 hours.
